Barcelona - day 1 !

Beautiful Barcelona ! Our day, Tuesday, March 4th, started with a fascinating city walk taking in many sights of Barcelona old and new - Barcelona Cathedral, the famous Ramblas, the Lyceu, the old city walls - and ending with an exciting exploration of just some of the 4000 works owned by the Picasso Museum.
A quick lunch at the lively Hard Rock cafe was followed by a visit of one of Barcelona’s most important landmarks - Gaudi’s spectacular Sagrada Familia.
And to end this day of discovery, a visit to Gaudi’s equally remarkable Parc Guell and a ‘treasure’ hunt.
All in all, a very full but very enriching programme !
We are excited for today and for more adventures in this wonderful city.
