Over the nearly seven years of MMS’s existence, we have developed quite a number of “traditions”. `
Monday 24th March was the now traditional annual visit of Le Verseau International School, an event which has a special meaning for us.
We are very used to giving concerts with an adult public but It is a particular privilege to be able to share our music with people the same age as our own students, and to see their reaction, hear their questions.
Our students performed a concert of chamber music for about 90 2nd year secondary students and their accompanying teachers.
After this, the Verseau students and our students met in small groups to find out more about each other. There were a lot of interesting questions!
After this, everyone went to the dining room for a big afternoon tea.
Thanks to Le Verseau for their visit. We look forward to seeing them next year.
